We miss Nicole Schneit up in Yankee country but we're happy to see Austin has welcomed her and her ever-blossoming Air Waves. For those who've seen Schneit do it live, "Knockout" is a regular, a melancholy insta-nostalgia stirring vessel that's now captured in all its rough-shod, understated brilliance on tape.
This version is an update of an older, less warm and fuzzy, more demo-y take that has been floating around for more than a year.
The track will appear on Dungeon Dots, out November 30 on Underwater Peoples.
