Alaskas, Feral mixtape
Dillon James Rego has released the Feral mixtape into the atmosphere in preparation for an upcoming 7-inch on Crikey! Records. The 10 tracks on the mixtape are culled from a purported 100 that he penned as Alaskas in a single month. If you've seen the solo artist perform live, you'd be surprised at the simplicity of his set up: a mic, a loop pedal, and one delay pedal. Though he's broken out the guitar on occasion, most of the magic comes from right inside Dillon James Rego's mouth, and somewhere deep in his throat. You heard it here first:
