Sham 69 Reunite for Chaos in Tejas

With South By South West's 2012 arrival imminently approaching, one might worry that there would be a lack of news about other upcoming music festivals in Austin. Don't fear! The eighth year of Chaos in Tejas will take place around the city from May 31 to June 3, hosting a huge lineup of underground punk, hardcore, indie, grind, thrash, and heavy metal heroes young and old. Recent additions to the festival (complete list here) include Sham 69, with its original 1977 lineup, the Clean, No Age, Ceremony, Screaming Females, Saint Vitus, Municipal Waste, Best Coast, and Iceage. Four Day passes for this sprawling festival are already sold out, but tickets for individual shows can be bought here (updates coming soon).
