A post-punk, slacker rock feel, “Film Club” is a riot, within a story, laced with impressive instrumental and vocal hooks. Coming from Childcare, currently supporting Bastille on tour, “Film Club” is full of jagged guitar work and skillfully crafted structure. One way to put it would be intelligent British pop- another would be brilliant, emergent, and impassioned.
