Chromeo, "Don't Turn The Lights On"
» It's good, but it's still not Hall & Oates good.
Chromeo's latest single is getting hella retweets, facebook shares and buzzes - some people still digg and that's happening as well.
Some trends can not be ignored and Chromeo fall under that umbrella. Hall & Oates has always been enough for me, putting me in the minority of people who are not that intrigued with Chromeo. I won't front like Chromeo is missing the mark. "Don't Turn The Lights On" should be on the fast track to my "Sexin' It" mix that I throw on when a night at the bars ends victorious. Truth is, I'd rather creep out my date with "Private Eyes," then offend her with requests to keep the damn lights off. I met you in a bar, I'm not trying to let you know LED lights ruin my libido.
Chromeo's Business Casual (great album title though) is out August 14 on Atlantic.
