In terms of lost gems that went way under the radar in the cultural void that was the period between 1970 and 1979, Jade Stone & Luv's only album, Mosaics: Pieces of Stone, is a workout of all sorts of rock n' roll as seen through the kaleidoscopic lenses of a couple of stoned residents of Nashville.
Maybe the track "Reality" isn't something you would consider in your typical cannon of pre-punk anthems, but I'm going to go out on a limb and wonder: were young members of The Runaways given this as homework material by Kim Fowley? Listen to Luv's snarl in the background, and wonder along. Also, it's worth taking note of a familiar piano-twinkle and handclap combo that brings to mind some guys named Iggy and The Stooges.
