Curren$y, Verde Terrace

Curren$y's output since Weeknd At Burnie's is a bit of a head-scratcher, but today some sense crept in with unexpected release of a mixtape with DJ Drama called Verde Terrace. It was only a week ago that the news broke of a new mixtape, but no one's complaining about the surprise. The mixtape answered the one of the questions pondered in our Fresh Daily blog regarding Curren$y and Dom Kennedy's "Hennessy Beach". We're digging the album art, even though we're not sure why Spitta chose to put Cartola, prominent Brazillian samba musician, on the cover, outside of it being a creepy image.
Now if we could just get an unexpected release of that rumored Big Sean, Wiz Khalifa and Curren$y mixtape...
