Clicky Clicky Music debuted a mixtape this week of currently relevant bands playing covers of 90s staple Lilys songs. The compilation is called And I Forgot A Long Time Ago How You Feel and it features covers from a host of good bands that were inspired by Lilys in their inception. The mixtape can be downloaded for free and there is a long, emotional missive on the site that explains why the Kurt Heasley-fronted D.C. shoegaze band is so important to them. It's a cool little offering and once you listen to the tracks, you'll easily be able to tell where these bands get their inspiration from.
