Here's the ebullient second track from the first Feelies album since 1991. The aptly titled Here Before is out April 12 on Bar/None. Feels like a bit of a non-sequitor for those of us north of the Mason Dixon with snow pouring in non stop, but let's just say it's a ticker-tape parade and we're staring spring right down the gullet.
