Freddie Gibbs, "Oil Money" feat. Chuck Inglish, Chip Tha Ripper & Bun B
» The Rustbelt is representing hard in this one.
When Cool Kids first broke on the scene Chuck and Mikey were dismissed by a lot of hip hop heads as hipster rap that'd be gone in a year. Pretty damn crazy to see Chuck chilling with Bun B in a video.
Take it a step further, who'd have thought Black Keys frontman Dan Auerbach would be lending production and vocals to rap songs? Save for the presence of Bun B this like a Rustbelt All-Stars track with Akron, Cleveland, Gary and Chicago all representing worn down and rugged region.
"Oil Money" is off Freddie Gibbs' Str8 Killa EP out now.
