Gross Ghost's "Golden T"
» Just to mess with my prognosis of their music from early June, North Carolina's Gross Ghost sent a new track along that says New Order hook and sleepy early 90s indie in the face of my "Public Image Ltd. and DNA who inherited more of John Lyndon's aggro traits than anything else." This has absolutely nothing to do with that.
This new track, promised to be included in a yet-untitled EP, sounds like a complete reinvention, or at least a revision. They're still playing the same instruments. The earlier tracks are included with the new one (entitled "Golden T") so that we can all compare notes and deduce any trace of this being the same band.

I was talking to Mike last night and they most likely are re-recording the tracks because they don't dig the studio vibe so much. So this is most likely gonna be written off as a demo.
