Guided By Voices make a return
» Guided By Voices release their first all new album in 15 years.
Robert Pollard drops albums under his various monikers like it's going out of style, but it's been 15 long years since his original child Guided By Voices released new material. The bands newest album, Let's Go Eat The Factory, drops January 1 on Guided by Voices, Inc. Last year the "classic line up" of Guided By Voices had a year long reunion tour. At the end of the tour, they recorded an album with 21 new songs.
Even though it's been 15 years, fans and listeners can expect the same sounds and feel fondly associated with the band, since the album was recorded in various living rooms, basements, and garages, with band members switching up instruments and styles. Fans won't be disappointed as long as they can wait until 2012 for the album to officially release.
