Nashville's JEFF the Brotherhood consists of brothers, Jake and Jamin Orrall--there is no Jeff.

You might also know them as the band who played every Brooklyn Vegan CMJ showcase (oh, and this totally amazing one). Left for dead by Be Your Own Pet, the brothers picked up where they left off with their own band. It has the same garage vibe, but with a much more minimalist and, dare we say, grunge approach. Their live show comes off heavier than the recordings on their recently released Heavy Days (irony much?), but Ted Leo's a fan, so you should be too.
