Lotus Plaza live set from Atlanta

Lotus Plaza's The Floodlight Collective was an often-times restrained pop-colage that seemed wittingly or not to be a statement about Lockett Pundt's role in Deerhunter's songwriting process as much as a debut album. I kind of hope his next releases adhere closer to this dude-with-his-guitar-and-pedals recording from a live set made yesterday in Atlanta- lucid, seamless guitar loops, big fat tonal swathes, tethering vocal delay, and little space for tricks you need more than two hands and two feet to pull off.
