Artist Matt Kish has just released a monumental art project -- creating art for every single page of Moby Dick. The new book has just been released from Tin House, and just from some of the preliminary art I've seen, it's a stunner. Kish operates with limited colors and collage to create some monstrous effects. There are dead fish for sure, but with heavy geometric and mathematical components.

The images can be found on his website, along with a couple sneak-peek previews of another series he's developed on The Heart of Darkness. The images from Moby Dick can be purchased at Kish's Etsy site.

H/T Flavorwire.
