Human Hands, “String”

Over the past couple of years, Human Hands have been releasing a steady flow of split tapes and demos, each covering different touchstones within the realm of hardcore and emo. Their tracks range from doleful dirges to impassioned screams over mosh-friendly cacophonies. The Birmingham band now seems to have a proper LP in the works. Human Hands have shared “String,” a highly emotive little number, to be featured on the forthcoming album, and it's a driving slice of guitar rock that escalates into a cathartic vocal performance. If “String” is any indication, Human Hands' upcoming release is one to look forward to.

The LP—as yet untitled, but very possibly called lp—will be out this winter via strictly no capital letters, time as a color, and cross your heart and hope to d.i.y.
