Brisco is a rapper out of Florida who is down with Rick Ross and Flo Rida, but don't let that discourage you from downloading this mixtape. He raps so hard and with so much energy it's hard to hear one of his songs and not go shopping for guns immediately after. Aside from tough talk, Brisco shines with an excellent sense of rhythm and lyrical patterns, bouncing along tracks with a precise and intense flow.
