Two mixtapes in one with DJ 4Sho featuring two undervalued members of Boyz n da Hood.
I love when a DJ dedicates one mixtape to two rappers, because usually when that happens, they feature artists who are either rising stars or slept-on legends. Case in point is this DJ 4Sho piece. First, it showcases Gorilla Zoe, a Yung Joc associate and Boyz n da Hood member, who, despite having an awful, awful debut album, got some mainstream success because of his infinitely hot “Hood Figga”.
Second, it's got Jody Breeze, dude! He is also a Boyz n da Hood member who is woefully slept on. In fact, I'm still waiting on his major label debut over here. Listen to this tape to get acquainted with Breeze and to get your confidence back in Zoe.
