Hartford CT’s Omega Vague makes spooky ghost rock that sounds straight out of the soundtrack for the X-Files. Their new album Aversion/Reversion, streaming now on Impose, is seven expansive tracks that will make you shiver. The album is thematic, starting as early as the first track, “Afraid,” we’re plunged into Omega Vague‘s MO of darkness at all costs. OmegaVague finds its sonic inspiration in shoegaze, ambiance and darkwave, which pulls through on the record in a big way.

Aversion/Reversion is Omega Vague‘s fifth official release since 2014. It can be pre-ordered for release on April 14th at www.omegavague.net, iTunes, and Amazon.
