Wax Tailor is the alias of French hip hop producer Jean-Christophe Le Saoût. Wax Tailor has been a popular figure in French hip hop since his days as a producer with French rap band La Formule.
International hip hop collective A State of Mind is featured on the lead single "Say Yes." They sound like dueling Charli 2na knock-offs and they raised serious motorcycle accident-witnessing levels of cringe when one of the ASM rappers said, "pivotal, lyrical, spiritual cleansing of minds," but I am excusing this faux-pas because Wax Tailor's funky production is the true reason this song deserves some spins.
