You know who Adam Yauch was, because he was a legend. MCA of the Beastie Boys, first up, that's how we all met him, on hits like “You Gotta Fight For Your Right to Party” and “No Sleep 'Til Brooklyn” and “Sabotage” in the early days. Did you know he directed some of their videos, too, under the pseudonym Nathanial Hörnblowér? You knew him that way too. You also may have known him as the director of the basketball documentary Gunnin' for That #1 Spot! or maybe you knew him through his practice of Buddhism and his vocal defense of Tibet's rights. Or maybe you are a young kid, and you first heard Yauch on “Intergalactic” or on “Ch-Ch-Check it Out!” and you started to check out the Beasties because of the newer records. In any case, we all knew Yauch, and that's why we at Impose gotta stop, bow our heads for a minute, and then shout:

FUCK CANCER

That is all.
