Ben Greenberg must be the kind of person who can't sit still for too long, he has a lot going on. A longstanding member of the Zs, a former member of the now-disbanded Pygmy Shrews, and a new member of The Men, he also has a solo project known as Hubble.

Hubble recently released, Hubble Drums, on North Spy records, made friends with NASA (read about it here), and is embarking on a tour in late April. On Friday, April 13, Greenberg will be in Chicago for the cities' International Movie & Music Fest. Greenberg, as Hubble, will preform a live soundtrack to video of NASA-sanctioned images of the Hubble Space Telescope. Greenberg's performance at Oberlin College, in Ohio, is a free-for-students show where he will play a quadraphonic Hubble Superposition set. Apparently this a rare treat, if your not sure what it means please refer the picture below.Greenberg will perform Hubble Superposition again in Austin, TX. He returns home to play a show at Glasslands, in Brooklyn, on April 23 with Raleigh Moncreif and Jonas Reinhardt. Hubble also recently shared “Hubble Escape” a soundtrack with video footage of a chopped-up version of John Carpenter’s 1981 film Escape From New York.
