Dais has announced its methodical efforts to compile the work of German goth-folk band Annabelle's Garden is now complete. Preorder are up to purchase the gatefold double LP that spans 1987 to 1993.

Annabelle's Garden spent those six years self-releasing cassettes and offering its music to indie labels throughout Europe before Death In June's Patrick Leagas compiled their discography on two CD releases for his Kenaz imprint. The original pressings were long lost into obscurity and never released outside of Europe, until Dais' dedicated four years of its working life to completing this retrospective which includes the Kenaz release Wo Sind Nur Eure Götter Hin? and original recordings from the band from its first cassette. The retrospective also includes a 12-page booklet of liner notes, detailed track information, and a complete history of the band written by the band themselves.

Below is “Vorwarts”, a track which sounds off like a neo-folk battle cry for a lonely morning as Annabelle's Garden sing, “we have to get tough and fight / for a new, new morning”.

The Annabelle's Garden retrospective is out December 10 on Dais.
