Diminutive Brit singer and guitarist King Krule has posted on his Facebook that he's canceling all shows for the month of April. In a statement that reads like the celebrity excuse of exhaustion, he tells all his fans:
“Big apologies to everyone who bought tickets but we’ve had to cancel all shows in April unfortunately. Things have got crazy this year and I just need a bit of time out so I can get the Record finished and come back strong in summer. The shows affected are Sheffield, Oxford, Southampton, Paris, Antwerp and Amsterdam. Thanks for all your support. We will be back very soon.”
If you're international, this is likely a huge bummer for you, but just remember that King Krule rarely even steps foot in America. Perhaps we flew too close to the sun.
