Bob Casale, guitarist of recently reinvigorated electro quintet Devo, has died at the age of 61. Casale passed away unexpectedly on Monday after health complications led to heart failure, reports Casale's brother Gerald. Gerald told TMZ, “As an original member of Devo, Bob Casale was there in the trenches with me from the beginning. He was my level-headed brother, a solid performer, and talented audio engineer, always giving more than he got.”

May he rest in peace. Watch a clip of Impose founder Derek Evers interviewing Devo in 2009 below.
