It's been ten years since Superchunk released Here's to Shutting Up, and following 2010's Majesty Shredding, the band has decided to open up their mouths again with the summer release of their tenth studio album, I Hate Music. This title couldn't describe better the way we all feel. The record comes out on August 20 and with it, the 90s power foursome will go on a short tour. You can watch a short intro video for the record below, with cuts of the new tracks, and then gear up for a fall tour of presumably hating on music. In a short description accompanying the video, the band explains that the record title means that they actually love music, but we need to see it to believe it. You can read that here and check out tour dates below.
