Denmark duo Quadron gave us a new single to add to that sunny day playlist.
Branching out from their successful music collective, Boom Clap Bachelors, producer Robin Hannibal and 21-year-old Coco Karshøj lend their talents to the ongoing soul revival.
Coco’s richly retro voice easily draws comparisons to other young songstresses Adele or Duffy, but the modern touch of electronic experimentation gives their take on Motown a refreshing update. No matter your opinion on this pop rebirth, “Slippin” is guaranteed to wash the winter blues away.
Recently signed to Los Angeles label Plug Research, Quadron's self-titled album is out now in the states.
