Cleveland's Ray Cash is one of the most well-rounded rappers who isn't wildly famous. He kills it in every category: Song writing, flow, personality, beat selection, everything. I still listen to Cash On Delivery every few months and marvel at how solid his first (and only) major label effort turned out. He's back now with Rose' Ray, a mixtape entirely produced by fellow Clevelandaire M. Stacks.
