Ridgewood, NJ's finest are set to release their sophomore album and debut on Domino, Days, on October 18. You can stream the first single from the album, "It’s Real" here.

Days was recorded in a barn turned studio in New Paltz, New York, not far from the band’s Jersey hometown. The band recorded over a five month time period with help from Kevin McMahon (Titus Andronicus, The Walkmen) to produce 10 solid tracks.

The album is available now for pre-order in CD, vinyl, and yes, cassette form. Real Estate will kick off their North America tour at the end of October starting in Chicago, after playing Pitchfork’s music festival in Paris. They wrap up at the Bowery Ballroom in New York City on November 23. Big Troubles is set to open for the band.
