Record Makers turns 10

Record Makers

Parisian label Record Makers is celebrating its 10-year anniversary of modern elegance and refined production in dance music with a compilation and new releases.

In its decade of dance, Record Makers has released albums from Sébastien Tellier, Kavinsky, Mr. Oizo, Acid Washed and Turzi. Not a bad pedigree. And charmingly, not that much has changed stylistically over the years, as these samplings of some of the high-points demonstrate.

Try it with a slice of lime and a glass of ice:

Sebastien Tellier, "Look"

Acid Washed, "Acid Washed" (Danger Remix)

Also try out this Kavinsky track remixed by Breakbot (Ed Banger).

Kavinsky, "Nightcall" (Breakbot Remix)
