Shahs, Dry Heat/Valley Low
We're happy to release the opening track of Shahs upcoming LP Dry Heat/Valley Low to the world, "Money for Nothing", a five-plus minute calypso festival hosted in a boom box.
Shahs, as we've noted in the past, is the bedroom project of ex-To Kill a Petty Bourgeois member Tom Helgerson, who crafts these tropical gems from a hideout in the middle north of Minneapolis.
Dry Heat/Valley Low appears on The Riley Bushman Recordings & Archives, out November 8.
