Keep an eye on this Stephin Merritt dude. This song is pretty good. Sounds like it was recorded in a basement in the early-to-mid 90s. Looks like it'll show up in a collection by the guy, called Obscurities (1994-99), out August 23 on Merge Records (nice one, Stephin!).
