Not that we admit to playing it, but in the game of throwing mp3s all up in your bandwidth, the pissing contest's about how fast you can get it out the gate, not necessarily how far it goes after that.
But with this band, who cares. Strangers Family Band put out an EP in late June, but it's making me hear some of the most convincingly revivalist psych rock since John Toubin roofied my Night Train punch.
