Although some sites seem to mention something about it translating to 'hooker talk', "Je suis Perdu" generally translates to "I am Perdu". Not sure where to go from that considering the bro in question is actually Winslow Laroche, but what difference does it make? What matters is Laroche is a photographer and writer in New York with a bomb-ass Tumblr with some awesome re-blogging material.
