Zac Nelson and Zach Hill are CHLL PLL

CHLL PLL is Zac Nelson (Hexlove) and Zach Hill (Wavves and, y'know, other stuff) and "Dick Move" is kind of a perfect cross section of the sunny, sometimes hyperbolic melodic chops Zac Nelson provides as a pallete for Zach Hill drumming at about medium temperature, skittering around the beat like any respecting Zach Hill skitters, but never launching into a stratosphere of inestimable polyrythms. There's no question that this album is a foray into the sunny, oft-dubbed Balearic for two west coasters who can do whatever they want whenever they want to.
