Wow, we were kind of sick of Dirty Projectors until this show. Hearing it live and with sound problems was refreshing, and Longstreth's devolutions into scattered, avant guitar skronk was nice, too. Taking the cake, though, were those lady harmonies, unrivaled this side of the Atlantic, Pacific, and any hemisphere, for sounding like a sequencer shooting out impossible permutations at lightning speed. That said, who's psyched for this coming Sunday battle to the death between Black Lips and HEALTH?
