Black Lips threw in the most raucous Jelly set this year (hopefully they can make that a tradition), tested park security's upper arm strength ("Don't beat up the fans!", shouted Cole Alexander, mid-set), and trashed a guitar. Meanwhile, we learned that unlike city parks, where they'll let you get hit by lightning if you really want to see MGMT, state park officials will throw everyone out if the sky gets too dark. So much for epic Trail of Dead show in an electrical storm.
