On Saturday, August 17th, Brooklyn bands Sleepies, EULA, Big Ups, Shark? and Low Fat Getting High performed in Rockaway Beach at Rippers on the boardwalk. Donations were accepted for Restore Rockaway, a charity created to assist the small businesses affected by last year's Hurricane Sandy.
