Chicago in 2011 Video by Gonzo Chicago
The dudes of Gonzo Chicago decided they were over "Year End Lists" and determined a 30-minute documentary of every show they attended would better sum up their yearly reflections. Gonzo Chicago does a fine job of shedding light on the blossoming live scene, which seems to have the Gonzo Chicago crew feeling mighty optimistic. These dudes somehow managed to be everywhere at once with the cameras lugged on their shoulders. Double Dagger's last Chicago show is in there. Bitchpork II is captured. Visits from Titus Andronicus, Black Lips, Thee Oh Sees and Times New Viking, as well as a slew of local bands we can't wait to get to know in 2012.
