Debut: Corridor, "Objective Lens" Video by Chris Coats
Los Angeles mathy-pysch-rock trio Corridor is gearing up for an album in November and we've got a debut video for "Objective Lens". The track has the linear propulsion of Neu! with a nod to the math nodes of Touch & Go bands like Polvo or Shellac fed through folk filters. The video takes a microscopic look at liquid, perhaps even blood yet to be bled. As "Objective Lens" begins to swirl and glide into heavier territory, the tint bleeds red, much like the transition of an actual leting of blood. As harmless as watching liquid combine and break apart can appear, the video suggests a danger met.
Corridor's Real Late is out in November on Manimal Vinyl.
