Eli Keszler, "Cold Pin" installation Video by Eli Keszler

This is a little old, but it's pretty cool. Eli Keszler, a multimedia artist in New York City, installed these machines on the wall of the Cyclorama in Boston. Basically, they are each set to twang the string at a certain time, and the strings are set to different frequencies, and therefore, the room is filled with many sonorous tones overlapping. One can only imagine what this was like in person; a good bet was that it was much louder.
