Happy New Year, “Twins”

Debuting the soft-as-a-dream track by Eleanor Logan.

Happy New Year's "Twins" flows in like a dream and leaves on the same whim, where you're only sure of the vague, soft form that came rolling through the back of your REM-addled noggin, where you definitely saw pastel geometry flitting in and out of focus and Eleanor Logan was filling the sonic space with reverb'd vocal bliss. The geometry of Thomas Byrd's videos, of course, owes more to the form of Ms. Logan, who is given an excellent soft-focus study by Byrd's faded camera approach.

The track "Twins" is one half of an excellent 7-inch that came out recently on Crikey Records.
