USF released one of our favorite records last year, The Spray, an instrumental composition based on a Jonathan Lethem short story about a couple who are robbed and then come into posession of a police tool, a spray that can find what was stolen by turning the aura of the past objects a salmon color. This video for the apartment takes the concept of the spray and makes it more mystical than practical; a ghostly woman sits amongst salmon colored objects, perhaps stolen, dressed in white with a ring of white candles. She sprays them, and waves her arms, trying to divine something from them, perhaps a clue, or perhaps something more mystical. But, sometimes the only way to answer a question is with fire.
