New York’s post-punk rock collective Teen Vice – comprised of Josh Ackley, May Dantas, Derek Pippin, and Tammy Hart – premieres the music video for their track “More Hipster Segregation” today. It is part of their series that focuses on hipster culture, studying increasingly blurred aspects of irony. The video hilariously depicts sock hand puppets, a pile of hot dogs, and lots of mustard, among other condiments and ensemble sock puppet dancing. Make of it what you’d like, but we’re certain 1:52 doesn’t justify this fast, hard-hitting track or what it insinuates.
