The dreamy pop of Youth Lagoon plays in the background of this video, which is a story about an ill-fated couple+1 in an anonymous suburban area. The video starts off with what must be the meme of "this takes place in suburbia" music videos: a skinny person riding a bike. The skinny person, in this case, is male, and he seems to have his eye on the blonde in the passenger seat of that sedan. While the video unfolds with some serious visual cliché (the reflections of the trees on the windshield, the blonde in a ponytail crying), the story is a bit unexpected.
