Phoenix shoegaze/dream pop collective Citrus Clouds – comprised of Erick Pineda, Stacie Huttleston, and Angelica Pedrego – is releasing an album titled Imagination in November. The title track – and first single off the album – is out now, with a video expected in the coming weeks. A mid-tempo piece, deep vocals dance over surf pop guitar riffs and rock n’ roll percussion. Blunt lyrics discuss easier times like “the good old days,” and needing a vacation from work. We sympathize, and we’re fans of the melodious way with which they deliver the sentiment.
