Alex Somers & Solomon Grey Combine on ‘Elements’

Alex Somers demonstrates his ethereal and delicate production skills in new remix with London-based duo Solomon Grey

Alex Somers is best known for his production work in both music and TV. An American composer, based out of his studio Reykavik, Iceland, Somers’ work with Sigur Ros’ 2013 album, ‘Valtari’ help to place him on the map with the bands continued worldwide success, whilst his scores on the TV series for Black Mirror may have gone under the radar to the naked ear.

Teaming up with London producers Solomon Grey, who have just released their latest album ‘Human Music’, Somers has remixed the duos track ‘Elements’, which is due to drop tomorrow on Mercury KX (Universal).

The remix is what you would expect from a producer of Sigur Ros – awe-inspiring, cinematic pads with an arousing finish that is worth checking out below on some nice Sennheiser headphones turned up to max.
