Santa Cruz, California is known for many things. Gorgeous sweeping views, cliff diving, redwood forests, the immaculate Santa Cruz Wharf. Not a lot of names of note have come out of this beautiful city.

Until now.

Jinco arrived on the music scene with his first solo single in April–having been a part of Goshfather & Jinco until 2015–titled “I Wonder,” which featured Svnah. That track boasts a gnarly bass line, and is a pretty great dance track. He isn’t disappointing moving forward, either. His most recent release is a remix of the classic “Teenage Crime” by Adrian Lux, and hit the airwaves on June 1.

The song was already a dance classic in its own right, but Jinco definitely brought it up a notch. “This remix was something that really wrote itself,” he elaborated. “The vocal has always been a favorite of mine and I wanted to add some orchestral and trap vibes to give it a unique feel.” And he’s right. There’s absolutely a new energy to the song, masterfully crafted to further amp its dance-ability.
