If you would have told me two years ago that we'd have a Lil Wayne rock album before a proper I Can't Feel My Face release, I would have slapped you in your face then eaten a bowl of Count Chocula in front of you without offering you any. But, alas, it is 2009 and “Prom Queen” is blowing up and all I have playing out my speakers is this new mixtape, My Face Can't Be Felt. And, you know, I'm okay with that, because this mixtape is good. It's obvious Wayne still plans on putting the project out someday because he and Juelz are still recording new stuff, so yes, drop T-Wayne, because I'm a patient dude who can wait a little longer.
