Ende Tymes is nigh

Everyone’s favorite New York noise festival, Ende Tymes is back again for it’s fifth year of harsh drone and video art. This year the annual fest has grown to include 60 bands in three venues (now including Queens on the map) spread out over five days and three venues. To be held May 13-17 at The Silent Barn, Outpost Artists Resources and Knockdown Center, Ende Tymes V will feature marquee performances by the likes of Pharmakon, Z’EV, Metalux and imports from as far away as Japan (Facialmess, Jah Excretion) and Chile (Sputnik Trio).

As in years past, an Indiegogo fundraiser has been launched to help supply food and housing for the artists, equipment, and travel funding for touring artists. Donations will be rewarded with gifts like t-shirts, hi-def audio recordings from the performances, and even an Ende Tymes koozie (yup). Individual nights will be $20 day of the shows, while five-day passes are available now for $60 on the Indiegogo page.

The full lineup is below (we’re told to expect surprise guests), but they are still accepting video art submissions. Visit Ende Tymes for more details.
